After 18 years as a traveling corporate employee, I woke up every Monday morning feeling exhausted instead of rejuvenated.  I realized this was due to spending half of my weekends running around doing personal errands and trying to squeeze them into the hours that retail businesses were open.  As a single, child-free person it occurred to me that this must be an enormous challenge to those with dual incomes, children and/or elderly parents.

In search of a simpler, less stressful life for myself and driven by a comment from a friend of mine (who stated, "The only thing you know how to do is shop!"), I investigated the field of concierge and errand services.  The thought of making other people's lives simpler and less stressful excited me!
