You can retain the services of My Time is Yours LLC by pre-paying for one of our standard monthly retainer packages.  Businesses may also contact us for information on custom retainer packages.  Discounted rates apply and are as follows:

• Retainer clients receive priority over hourly clients as long as 24 hours notice is given.
   
  
• Retainer clients have access to additional time-saving forms/templates via user ID/password log-in.
  
  
• Package must be purchased and paid in advance by the last day of the previous calendar month.
  
  
• Ongoing monthly retainer fees must be pre-paid by the last day of the previous calendar month.
   
• A monthly minimum of $100 must be kept in any retainer account.
  
  
• Package time usage begins from first day of each calendar month.
  
  
• Package time is specific to hours purchased.
  
  
• Package time is valid for each calendar month & does not carry over from month to month.
  
  
• Each service request is subject to one (1) hour minimum.
  
  
• No refunds for unused package time.
  
  
• Any time incurred in excess of package hours will be billed at normal hourly rates.
  
  
• Not redeemable for cash or transferable.
  
  
• Package does not include cost of merchandise, reimbursable amounts or third party fees or expenses.
  
  
• Cost of merchandise, reimbursable amounts and third party fees or expenses are responsibility of client and are due and payable in full upon completion of service.
